Debbie is a  30+ year medical professional, specializing in Surgical Services, from Pediatrics to Surgical First Assisting Heart Transplants. Her life's mission and purpose focuses on health-care and healing,  Perfect Health starts with PREVENTATIVE medicine! Debbie recognizes the connection between body, mind, and spirit as being inseparable.  She has witnessed first hand the spiritual-psychosomatic process of dis-ease. It is important to balance and heal the body, mind, and spirit, as "ONE".  By following the laws of nature, we can create and sustain health, vitality, and  overall well-being.  Nature shows us how to live a balanced and healthy life. Because of this fact, Debbie loves teaching and sharing the beautiful practices of Ayurveda.  Ayurveda, "Science of Life", is a conscious-based practice that follows the laws of nature.  Besides Ayurveda, Debbie enjoys teaching various Yoga classes and Medtation techniques, such as, Primordial Sound Meditation. Because of her unique "abilities", Debbie was recruited, and trained, by a Shaman to practice Shamanism to help others heal. Now, she does Shamanic healing around the world. Every person has unique needs for healing, physically or energetically. Through knowledge and experience, Debbie believes in and practices an "Integrative Practice" of healing.
